The Vampire Slayer #15 hits shops today from BOOM! Studios, and the issue lives up to its gleefully named preview: “snackrifice.”
Written by Sarah Gailey with art by Kath Lobo, issue #15 picks up from last month’s Drusilla reveal. Willow and Xander find themselves caught somewhere between snack and sacrifice — trapped by forces that intend to make use of them — while the rest of the gang scrambles to stage a rescue. Adding to the pressure: Drusilla makes her move on Faith and Buffy with some unexpected backup.
The Drusilla arc is building well. After her reveal as the queen-of-Hell aspirant last issue, this is where the trap starts closing properly.
